Endless Under (WIP)

Known Issues:

1. Revived players remain in dead animation state until first attack.
2. When 3 out of 4 players are dead, voting start threshold cannot be reached, softlocking the remaining player.
3. Client-side HUD doesn't update properly when a client disconnects from the lobby.
4. Voting is not currently cancelled when total votes fall below threshold after vote start.
